NEW YORK, May 13, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Tower Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TWGP) today reported the results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 12, 2010 in New York City. Stockholders of Tower re-elected two directors and ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Tower's independent registered public accounting firm for 2010. Tower announced that Charles A. Bryan, President of CAB Consulting, LLC and Robert S. Smith, principal of Sherier Capital LLC and a Managing Director of National Capital Merchant Banking, LLC, were re-elected to the Board of Directors. They will serve until the 2013 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are elected and qualified.
